Where can the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM driver for a computer be obtained?
Additional drivers are not needed for computers that ship with Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or later as the Operating System natively contains drivers for most optical drives.
If the computer doesn't recognize the optical drive within the BIOS or within Windows, the hardware may have an issue and you may need to contact Acer support.
